At Starforge Systems, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our custom-built PCs and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team through the official portal with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the product in its original heavy-duty shipping box with all internal foam inserts, cables, and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will perform a comprehensive hardware inspection upon receipt; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
