How long does it take to build and ship my PC?
Each Starforge system is hand-assembled and rigorously tested. Standard lead times are typically 7-10 business days for assembly, followed by 3-5 days for transit depending on your location.
What kind of warranty comes with my system?
We provide a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty on all our desktop systems. This covers hardware defects and technical support to ensure your rig stays in peak condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are actively working on expanding our logistics network to support more international regions in the near future.
Can I upgrade my components after the purchase?
Yes. Our systems are built using industry-standard components without proprietary locks, meaning you can easily upgrade your GPU, RAM, or storage down the line without voiding your labor warranty.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Systems must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. A restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
